Vermillion Apartments allows you to upload your property listings into our database exactly as you enter it. Vermillion Apartments provides a simple, yet powerful service by creating an intuitive user interface and exceptional communication, search, and property management features, all for a small fee.

Benefits

  • Easy Access (There will be links in several places on USD’s website to the Vermillion Apartments’ website as well as fliers posted around campus and advertisements in local newspapers. We will also send a mass email to all USD students and fliers will be sent to transfer students)
  • Pictures of properties (You can post multiple pictures of your property)
  • Featured properties (One random property will be displayed on the main page of the website, and it will change every time a person visits the homepage)
  • Easy navigation (It will be easier to find properties and roommates)
  • Up-to-date listings (You can add and remove property listings as you please)
  • Search Feature (Prospective tenants can search for free by type of housing, price, distance from campus, lease length, the number of bedrooms, whether smoking is allowed, and other criteria you might suggest)
  • Easy contact with interested students (Students will be able to send an interest request to you via email or phone if they are interested in your property)
  • View Statistics (You will be able to see how many people view your property listing)

Costs

  • $20 per month
  • $40 for 3 months
  • $80 for 6 months
  • $120 for 9 months
  • $160 per year
  • If you list 5 or more properties at once, you receive a 10% discount off your total payment. You must pay for these properties all at once, but they can be listed for different lengths of time.
  • If you list 10 or more properties at once, you receive a 20% discount off your total payment. You must pay for these properties all at once, but they can be listed for different lengths of time.
Please make checks payable to EWL/USD and mail to the address listed below. As soon as we receive your payment, we will approve your property listing, and it will be available for people to see.
